Three pieces in the order: two deck chairs and the folding side table that goes between them. Both chairs carry a footrest that slides away under the seat, and both fold to roughly 44 in by 24 in by 12 in when the season ends. The table folds flat beside them, which means the whole set stores against one wall rather than filling a shed.
The numbers
Each chair is 53 in long with the ottoman out, 24 in wide and 32 in high, folding to 44 in by 24 in by 12 in. The table is 18 in square and 18 in high, rated 90 lb. Lounger guides ask for 30 in to 36 in of clear space around a lounger so there is room to walk past the foot end.
The ottomans
A safety latch catches the ottoman when it slides back, so it does not drift out again while somebody is getting up. Each chair does this on its own, so one can be a lounger while the other is an armchair.
Five details
Fade resistant PE rattan over acacia, a triangular brace on each chair, and a hook that keeps the table open under load. Acacia greys if it is left to itself. Exterior hardwood oil in spring and again at the end of summer keeps the colour. No oil is included.
