Eight feet of tree, 4.3 feet across the widest branches, on a 24 inch stand. That is a proper room-filling size and it needs the floor to match: measure the corner before ordering, and allow a nine foot ceiling once the stand and a topper are in. 1474 tips, two kinds of leaf

Density is what stops an eight foot tree looking hollow, and 1474 tips is a generous count at this height. Two leaf types do the rest: soft PE moulded needles on the outer tips where the eye lands, backed by lush PVC deeper in. Fifty-six pine cones are fixed through the branches.

560 LEDs, three looks

The same string does warm white, a mixed setting and full multicolour. The maker's own three-panel comparison is the honest way to judge it: warm white reads traditional, mixed keeps the warmth with colour through it, and multicolour is the bright, saturated version. All three run off the one adapter.

Remote, timer and memory

Eleven modes, four brightness steps at 25, 50, 75 and 100 percent, and three timer cycles: six on and eighteen off, eight on and sixteen off, or six on, six off, three on and nine off. A memory function keeps the last setting, so the tree returns to your mode rather than the factory one. Controls sit both on the tree and on a remote.

Eight feet is a decision about the room before it is a decision about the tree. In a space with a nine or ten foot ceiling it finally looks proportionate, where a 6 ft tree in the same room looks apologetic.

What ceiling height do I need?

Eight feet of tree, plus the stand it sits on and whatever goes on top. Nine feet is the sensible minimum and ten is comfortable. If your ceiling is eight feet, the 6 ft version in the same range is the size that works.

What are the 11 lighting modes?

They are grouped by colour. Warm white gives five settings including steady and colour changing flashes, mixed gives two quick flash settings, and multicolour gives four including slow flash and slow fade. Each is selected from the remote or the controller on the tree.

Does it remember the mode I left it on?

Yes. The memory function keeps your last setting, so it comes back on the way you left it instead of resetting to the factory mode each evening.

Are the pine cones glued on?

They are fitted through the branches as part of the tree rather than clipped on afterwards, which is why the count is published. Fifty-six of them on this size.

Is it hinged or hook-on?

The manufacturer does not state the branch fitting method for this range, so we do not claim one. What is published is the section structure and the stand, and gloves are supplied for shaping the tips.

Can I replace a bulb?

The string is factory-wired into the branches and no spare bulb or fuse specification is published, so we cannot promise individual bulb replacement. LED strings of this type are normally wired so one failed bulb does not darken the rest.

What is the difference between this and the 7.5 ft?

Six inches of height, two inches of width, 168 more branch tips, 60 more LEDs and eight more pine cones. The lighting features are identical across all three sizes.
