The footrest slides away
Push the footrest back under the seat and the chair shrinks to armchair depth; pull it out and it is a full deck chair. A lockable hasp holds it in whichever form you left it, including folded flat at 45.5 in for storage.

The numbers
51.5 in long with the footrest out and 22.5 in wide, seat 21.5 in off the ground, folding to 45.5 in. Lounger guides ask for 30 in to 36 in of clear space around a lounger so there is room to walk past the foot end.

Slide the footrest back under the seat and the same frame is an armchair; slide it out and it is a deck chair. A lockable hasp holds whichever shape you chose.
Wood and weave
Acacia takes the load and the PE rattan takes the sitting. Acacia left outside greys over a season. Exterior hardwood oil once in spring and once at the end of summer keeps it the colour it arrived. No oil is included.
