Kids Wooden Activity Play Table with Block Board
Lift the top panel off and a block board appears underneath. Put it back and it is a desk again.
Block builds get swept away at dinner
A half built town has nowhere to live
Bricks on the dining table have to come off before the plates go down, and a child loses two hours of work to a wipe of the cloth.
A dedicated board that covers over
Build on the board, then drop the smooth panel back over the top. The town survives the night and the table turns into a homework desk.
Natural pine finished in white, with an ASTM listing from the manufacturer and rounded, burr free edges throughout. The top panel lifts out to reveal a block board set 1 inch into the frame. The open shelf below takes books, baskets and the spare bricks, and comes out entirely if you want the legroom.
Two surfaces in one table
The panel sits flush when it is in and lifts straight out when it is not. Underneath is a moulded board sized for small particle bricks, recessed so a build does not slide off the edge.
Measure the wall first
32.5 inches long by 17 inches deep, standing 19.5 inches high. That is a long narrow footprint, which suits a spot under a window better than a square table does.
Room for a proper build
The board runs most of the length of the table, which is enough for a village rather than one house. The manufacturer rates the table to 200 lb, so leaning on it while you build is fine.
