Black oval glass over two curved lower shelves, on slim chrome legs that keep the whole thing light on its feet.
Three tiers of glass, stacked so nothing lines up squarely. The oval top is 35 inches by 20 inches, and underneath it two kidney shaped shelves overlap at different heights, 7.5 inches and 10 inches below the top. Books go on one, the remote and a cup go on the other.
Storage without a cabinet
The two lower shelves swallow magazines, a laptop and a coaster set while leaving the top clear. The manufacturer rates the top at 90 lbs and each lower shelf at 45 lbs, so you are not being careful with a tray of drinks.
