Queen Linen Platform Bed with Button Tufted Headboard and 10 Wooden Slats, Blue
This bed publishes a minimum mattress thickness rather than a maximum: nine inches or more. The frame is 81 by 62 inches with the headboard 64 across, and there are six inches of clear floor underneath.
The problem this solves
What usually goes wrong
Almost every bed frame publishes a maximum mattress thickness, so a minimum reads like a typing error and gets ignored.
How this one answers it
It is not one. The rail stands 12 inches and the deck sits inside it, so a mattress under 9 inches sits down in the frame with the upholstered edge standing above it. Nine inches or more is the figure to shop to.
Blue linen with a grid of button tufting across a low rectangular headboard, on solid wood legs with adjustable pads.
Eighty one by sixty two
A compact footprint for a Queen, with the headboard the widest part at 64 inches. The rail stands 12 inches off the floor with 6 inches of clearance beneath it, and the headboard reaches 38 inches.
Ten slats on solid wood
Closely spaced wooden slats over solid wood legs, each with an adjustable pad underneath. The published capacity is 550 lb and nothing goes between the slats and the mattress.
A board at thirty eight
Thirty eight inches is low for a Queen headboard, which suits a room with a low window or a sloping ceiling above the bed. Breathable linen over high density sponge, with buttons set in a regular grid.
