Moulded HDPE over steel pipe legs in a single red, with no fabric, no veneer and nothing to swell when it gets wet. The manufacturer rates it to 220 lb, lists ASTM certification and gives it to children aged 3 to 8. It is a table on its own, so chairs are not included.
